Mo Baki Takes On New Role as Polaris VP Of Operations At Polaris Transportation Group

We are pleased to announce that Mo Baki has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations at Polaris Transportation Group.
Mo’s promotion from Director of Operations reflects his skills and bias for action in scaling operations and delivering transformative results across the business and supply chain. His foundation starts with both an Undergraduate Degree and Master’s from the highly ranked University of Ottawa. This, combined with over 12 years of experience in transportation and operations – the most recent at Amazon – has resulted in successive wins for the business, customers and staff at Polaris!
Since starting with Polaris in early 2025, Mo has been instrumental in enhancing scalability and staff development while rolling out and refreshing KPIs in several functions. His focus on data has led to several changes in reporting metrics and supported team member growth and development.
